Alyssa Sadler
Founder & Executive director
Alyssa founded Ryatt's Wings after the adoption and loss of her son, Ryatt. Her personal experience caring for a medically complex child and navigating the foster care system fuels the organization's mission to support vulnerable children and advocate for families. She leads the organization's vision, programs, and strategic growth.
Robert Sadler
PRESIDENT & OPERATIONS SUPPORT
Bobby brings leadership, organization, and a servant's heart to Ryatt's Wings. His dedication to supporting foster and adoptive families and his ability to oversee daily operations make him a valuable leader in carrying out the organization's mission.
Amber Wisdom
VICE PRESIDENT & EVENTS COORDINATOR
Amber is passionate about child advocacy and creating opportunities for others to get involved. Her organizational skills and enthusiasm for bringing people together make her a natural fit to lead our community events as well as help out with overall operations.
Micaela Hicks
SECRETARY & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Micaela has a talent for communication and organization. She helps ensure the organization remains transparent, connected, and engaged by maintaining records and sharing the mission of Ryatt's Wings through digital communications.
Stacy Crawley
Treasurer & FINANCE OVERSIGHT
Stacy is detail-oriented and committed to responsible financial stewardship. She oversees the organization's finances and donation accountability, helping ensure every gift is managed with integrity and purpose.
